Thank you for the celebration of our first year at New Life. We are truly blessed to serve with you! It is fun to look back and see how much God has been doing in our midst...he has been faithful. And he will continue to be faithful.

 

Next Sunday, Pastor Anthony will be introducing our series on spiritual disciplines. The readings this week might seem a little generic, but as we work our way through this series and consider practicing these disciplines, each one will be rooted in Scripture.

 

Monday - Psalm 1:1-6 (meditatio n)

Wednesday - Matthew 6:5-15 (prayer)

Thursday - Isaiah 58:1-12 (fasting)

Friday - Mark 10:35-45 (service)

Saturday - James 5:13-16 and Philippians 2:1-5 (confession & submission)

Sunday - Romans 12:1-2 and Psalm 100:1-5 (worship)
