I know that the command to be "perfect" can seem nigh unto impossible...at least it used to seem almost impossible to me...aren't you relieved to know that when God calls us to be holy, he provides all we need to reach that goal?!?

As we allow God to put the pieces of our life's puzzle in place, recognize that he knows exactly where every piece is supposed to fit. It is possible, as he reviews the pieces of our puzzle that we put in the wrong places, that he'll rearrange priorities and motives and desires in our lives (we might just recognize that his rearranging of those pieces is a bit like the Gardener pruning the branches so they can be more fruitful).

Growing and maturing spiritually is necessary if we are to become the fruitful servants that we are called to be. This week, we're going to begin to see that as we grow, we are able to bear more fruit...and bearing much fruit is what Jesus says brings glory to the Father!
